Anna & Kevin: Russell's Restaurant & Loft

Today's feature is very near and dear to our hearts because Anna and Kevin are our great friends! It was such an honor to bring their vision to life and we just want them to get married all over again so we can plan another big party!

Anna started the morning at her childhood home in Kirkland, WA with all 8 of her attendants, which included her two sisters, two of her cousins and four of her lifelong friends as well as her mother, and her soon to be mother-in-law. While getting ready Anna was wearing a necklace that her brother had given her at her rehearsal dinner the night prior. This was especially meaningful because the necklace was one her dad had purchased for this occasion before he passed away. Cue the tears! While the gals were getting ready, Kevin and his friends were at the bride and groom's home getting ready, drinking beer, and eating pizza. When it was time, they then took the short walk down the street to the church.

Following their beautiful catholic church ceremony (don't miss Kevin's reaction to his bride walking down the aisle!) guests moved on to Russell's Restaurant & Loft while the bridal party took photos in various locations in the area. All of the name tags, menus, invitations, table numbers and RSVP cards, as well as the donut display, and all the signs were made by the bride. Isn't she uber talented?! The handmade wooden blocks housing the guest's place cards were made by the bride's brother and her sister's fiancé. They were made out of walnut and were another tribute to the bride's late father, as one of his main joys in life was woodworking. I'm not crying, you're crying!
